MacDade, J.,
— This is an action by bill of complaint, to which preliminary objections are filed.
The bill avers that one Christ Gost Christ, of Michigan, on Nov. 29, 1921, became seized and possessed of a certain lot or piece of land, situate in the City of Chester, bounded and, described as therein set forth.
That the then Treasurer of the County of Delaware, on June 9, 1924, exposed said lands to public sale at his office in Media and sold the same to one of the defendants herein, namely, Joseph Fieegler.
