Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Sullivan, J.), rendered February 15, 2008, *1160convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
There is no merit to the defendant’s contention that the introduction into evidence of certain testimony, as well as questioning and summation comments by the prosecutor, improperly suggested to the jury that he had a prior criminal history.
