BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

This is an Original Proceeding in which Edward E. Hyde and Jannette Dean Sal-linger have petitioned this Court to issue a Writ of Prohibition or in the alternative a Writ of Mandamus directed to Special District Judge J. W. Hutchison in and for Oklahoma County to prohibit the respondent from proceeding with the preliminary hearing on Case No. CRF-71-340, or in the alternative to mandamus the respondent to conduct the preliminary hearing pursuant to this Court’s directions.
