This case involves the proper construction of Article 38.23(b) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the statutory good-faith exception to our statutory exclusionary rule. TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 38.23(b). We have reviewed this case once before on discretionary review. McClintock v. State , 444 S.W.3d 15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014).
