| ^Defendant, Placide Jumonville, Jr., appeals a judgment granting the City of Kenner’s Petition for Permanent Injunc*576tion against him, ruling that he is permanently enjoined from violating several ordinances in the City of Kenner Code of Ordinances relative to trash, debris, excessively high grass, and the condition of the fence and garage at residential property located at 50 Granada, Driftwood Subdivision, in Kenner.
