This appeal concerns the effect of a bankruptcy proceeding on the Michigan Employment Security Commission’s (MESC) power to assign, to a purchaser of a debtor’s assets, the debtor’s rate of contribution to Michigan’s unemployment trust fund. Debtor Wolverine Radio Company, Inc.
