CAVE, Judge.
Plaintiff (appellant) filed a,petition in the nature of a bill of interpleader under Section 507.050 RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S. Defendants Greathouse filed an answer, but defendant Godfrey filed a motion to dismiss the petition for the reason that it did not state sufficient facts upon which relief may be granted. This motion was sustained and plaintiff appealed.
