PC Connector Solutions LLC (“PC Connector”) appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida granting summary judgment of noninfringement of United States Patent 5,224,216 in favor of Smart-Disk Corporation and Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc.
