This case involves an action brought by the respondent-husband (petitioner below) for dissolution of his marriage with the appellant-wife (respondent below) in which he alleged that the marriage was irretrievably broken and there was no likelihood that it could be preserved. The wife by her verified answer denied that there was no reasonable likelihood that the marriage could be preserved and denied the marriage was irretrievably broken, and asked that the husband’s petition be dismissed or, in the alternative, that the court enter a decree of legal separation, divide the…
