Dan La Botz was a member of Ohio’s Socialist Party who unsuccessfully ran for the U.S. Senate in 2010. La Botz claims that the Ohio News Organization (“ONO”) unfairly excluded him from a series of sponsored televised debates held in the month preceding the election.
