Stinson v. Meegan

This petition is brought under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 248, §§ 35-40, to secure the release of the petitioner’s minor child, Mary F. Stinson, born October 3, 1937, from *461the custody of the respondents, who are husband and wife, the wife being the maternal aunt of the child. Mary's mother died when Mary was bom. The Probate Court dismissed the petition, and the petitioner appeals.
