Before this court is plaintiffs Susan Michele Parker’s (“Mrs.Parker”) and Carl Gregg Parker’s (“Mr.Parker”)1 motion to relieve the plaintiffs of the granting of defendant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.’s (“Wal-Mart”) motion for summary judgment [Docket Nos. 113, 55]. The Parkers submit the instant motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)2 and (c)3.
