ORDER

HEMPHILL, District Judge.

Plaintiff, as trustee for the bankrupts Hudson Studios, Inc., and John H. Hud*956son, and Associates, Inc., brings this action to set aside an alleged preference under the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act.1 After issues were joined and discovery complete, the cause was scheduled for non-jury consideration, and thereafter the court scheduled and administered a pretrial proceeding, held October 7, 1970 at Greenville.
