Kaplan, J.), entered March 30, 2007, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the ground that the injured plaintiff, a taxi driver who was the victim of a rear-end collision while his taxi was stopped at a red light, did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), unanimously affirmed, without costs.
