This is an application made by one of the executors named in a paper writing of the decedent for the appointment of temporary administrators. The estate consists of a home in the city of White Plains,- real estate in New York city, and personal property of a very large amount. The usual objections have been filed to the probate of the paper writing by all the next of kin of the decedent, namely, first cousins on the mother’s side. The chief beneficiaries under the will are cousins on the father’s side, of the second and third degree removed. One of the executors has for many years…
