Elizabeth Bragg sued Chon Herrera to recover for injuries following a motor vehicle accident. When Bragg had trouble accomplishing personal service upon Herrera, she filed a motion to determine the sufficiency of service by publication and to exercise personal jurisdiction over Herrera.
