I. INTRODUCTION

Before this Court for consideration is Defendant Frank Chavez’s Motion to Suppress, ECF No. 23. In his Motion, Chavez argues that any evidence or statements obtained from him by law enforcement during the night of January 16, 2015 and morning of January 17, 2015 should be suppressed.
