This is an action of ejectment to recover possession of lot 28 in block 3 of Old Town, in Kansas City, Mo. Henry Welland is tAe common source of title. Plaintiff’s title comes by mesne conveyances under said Henry Welland. The admitted value of the property is about *459$6,000, and is occupied by the said manufacturing company as a brickyard, and has been so occupied and used by them since the early part of 1882.
