The wife appeals the trial court’s order dismissing her petition for dissolution of marriage and petition for injunction for protection against domestic violence. The court determined that it did not have subject matter jurisdiction of the dissolution of marriage petition, because the wife was only a temporary resident of Florida. The court further determined that it did not have personal jurisdiction over the defendant for purposes of the domestic violence injunction, because he had been lured into this country for the sole purpose of service of process.
