The two above-entitled suits were on stipulation tried together, and, as they arise out of the same transactions, one opinion will be sufficient.
On March 18, 1924, Denholm Shipping Company, Limited, libelant in the first above-entitled suit and respondent in the second above-entitled suit, chartered to W. B.
