The defendant was indicated and convicted for rape and burglary in the first degree. Sentence was ten years' imprisonment on each count with the sentences to run concurrently. Four issues are raised on appeal.

The defendant contends that the trial court erred in overruling his challenge to the entire jury panel alleging that the panel had indicated that "they would not allow intoxication to be a defense to a crime."
