Mrs. Mary T. McDonald, joined by her husband, filed this suit as a beneficiary on a policy of compensation insurance issued by appellee under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law of this state (Vernon’s Ann. Civ. St. Supp. 1918, arts. 5246—1 to 5246—91) for the benefit of the employees of the Texas Boiler Works of Dallas, Tex.
