ELIAS HANSEN, Justice.
In this action plaintiff secured a judgment against the defendant for the sum of $291.65, together with interest and costs. Defendant appeals. By its assignment of errors appellant attacks the judgment: (1) Because its demurrer to the complaint was overruled; (2) because of the claimed improper admission of evidence: and (3) because the evi dence does not support certain of the findings of fact made by the trial court.
