Reversing.

On March 27, 1905, P. Cornelius executed and acknowledged to Nannie Roberts, of Hyden, Ky., a deed to a tract of 85 acres of land, situated near the town of Berea, Madison County, Ky. The consideration recited in the deed was a check for $500, a one-day note for $500, three notes for $500 each, due respectively March 27, 1906, 1907 and 1908, and one note for $475, due March 27, 1909.
