OPINION

{¶ 1} This matter comes before us on appeals filed by appellants, the Committee to Elect Straus Prosecutor ("the Straus Committee" or "the Committee"), and by appellee/cross-appellant, the Ohio Elections Commission ("OEC") from a judgment rendered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming in part and reversing in part, the decision rendered by OEC on an election complaint lodged against the Committee. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
