MEMORANDUM OPINION

The background of these actions has been fully explained in a number of previous opinions by the Court,1 familiarity with which is *424assumed. The matter now is before the Court on the motion of Chevron Corporation (“Chevron”) in No. 11 Civ. 3718(LAK) for an order compelling the two Lago Agrio Plaintiff Representatives (the “LAP Representatives”) who have appeared in this action to compel Pablo Fajardo Mendoza (“Fajardo”), Juan Pablo Saenz (“Saenz”), Julio Prieto Mendez (“Prieto”), and Luis Francisco Yanza (“Yanza”) to appear for depositions.
