This is an action in equity to cancel a lease because of alleged breach of its terms by the defendant.

The complaint alleges that in February 1945, the plaintiffs leased to the defendant certain lands in Lewis and Clark county. The lease was to run for a period of five years. The plaintiffs left about 60 head of cattle on the premises to be cared for by the defendant. The defendant was to receive each year one-half the increase of the original herd and at the termination of the lease the defendant was to be entitled to one-half the entire herd.
