P. Appeal from an order of the County Court of Clinton County (Lewis, J.), entered November 15, 1988, which granted defendant’s motion to suppress evidence and dismiss the indictment.

On February 26, 1988, the State Police were alerted by an anonymous telephone call that defendant was intending to obtain a quantity of marihuana downstate and would deliver it to an individual in the Village of Keeseville, Essex County.
