A jury found Christopher McCollum guilty of possession of cocaine and obstructing and hindering a law enforcement officer. He appeals from the judgments of conviction entered on the verdict, claiming the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel, refusing to allow a proffer of evidence relating to his motion to suppress at the hearing on his motion for a new trial, and denying his motion for a new trial based on the sufficiency of the evidence.
