First Federated Life Insurance Company, appellant, appeals from a summary judgment of McCracken Circuit Court directing it to pay the proceeds of a credit life insurance policy to the appellee, Citizens Bank and Trust Company.
In November 1975 appellant issued a credit life insurance policy, insuring any debtor of Citizens Bank and Trust Company for the amount for which such debtor’s life was insured at the time of his death, to the creditor (bank) for the account of the debt- or.
