OPINION

JACOBSON, Presiding Judge.

This review of an award of the Industrial Commission basically involves a determination of the effect of a failure to seek review of an award of the hearing officer.

While the procedural maneuvering of both the claimant and the Fund in this case is interesting, the basic operative procedural facts, upon which the matter must be decided, are that on August 31, 1972, Hearing Officer Frank W.
