In this discretionary appeal, Brown Mechanical Contractors and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (collectively “the employer”) appeal from a superior court order reversing the decision of the appellate division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation (“the Board”) and reinstating the decision of the administrative law judge (“ALJ”) to award temporary total disability benefits.
