After a public bidding, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York awarded a contract to the respondent corporation, pursuant to which it was to furnish labor and material in connection with electrical work to be installed in Dormitory G-, a new structure which was to be erected on the campus of the State University at Stony Brook, Long Island.
