Rose Intiso, widow of Ciracio Intiso, filed her bill against his administrator and his three heirs (who were his sons and her step-sons) and against one Elizabeth Intiso. The bill has two branches. In one, it shows that, in Ciracio's lifetime, fearful of the loss of certain land which he owned, should a threatened suit be instituted and judgment go against him, he and the complainant conveyed the property to Elizabeth. No consideration was paid for the conveyance. The bill prays that the deed to Elizabeth be canceled, so that complainant may have dower. The bill also sets forth that some of…
