MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case is a civil action seeking damages in excess of $10,000.00, and injunctive relief for alleged violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, Indiana Monopoly Act, I.C. § 24-1-2-1, Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Laws, I.C. 7.1-5-5-9, and for breach of contract and is presently before this court on plaintiff's BeerMart, Inc. (BeerMart), Motion for Preliminary Injunction. This motion is based only on the violations of state law.
