PRENTICE, Justice.

Defendant (Appellant) was found guilty of burglary, Ind.Code § 35-43-2-1, and of being an habitual offender, Ind.Code § 35-50-2-8. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of five (5) years on the burglary count and for a term of thirty (30) years on the charge of being an habitual offender.
