Debtors Lee Brown (referred to individually as “Lee”) and Sandra Brown (referred to individually as “Sandra” and referred to collectively as “Debtors”) filed a voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on February 6, 1997. On May 16, 1997, Plaintiff Beneficial California, Inc.
