This matter is before the Court on Defendant City and County of Denver’s (the City) Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court FINDS and ORDERS as follows:

Plaintiff Sharon Sekerak has been an employee of the Denver Police Department since 1968. In 1988, her job title became Administrative Assistant/Building Manager.
