BROOKS, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon a plethora of motions filed by the litigants herein, which include motions to reconsider, motions for summary judgment, and motions to dismiss.

On November 10, 1983, this Court entered an order in favor of defendants, Goulds Pumps, Inc. (“Goulds”), United Engineers & Constructors, Inc. (“United Engineers”), and Studebaker-Worthington, Inc.
