¶1 — The Horizontal Property Regimes Act (HPRA), chapter 64.32 RCW, applies to the Woodcreek *521Condominium in Bellevue, Washington. A Woodcreek owner, Sandra Lake, invokes the HPRA to resolve a dispute between her, the Woodcreek Homeowners Association, and her fellow condominium owner Glen R. Clausing.
