During the years 1926, 1927, and 1928, the appellant, G. C. Williams, was employed as an assistant manager or overseer of the plantation of J. K. Millen, in Sunflower county, Mississippi. The Delta Grocery & Cotton Company is a corporation engaged in the wholesale grocery and hardware business, and in the plantation supply and cotton factor business.
