Fernando Lancon appeals his convictions for murder, attempted murder, and deadly conduct after a jury trial. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.

Background

Lancon, along with co-defendants Alfonso Villarreal and Jorge Zuniga, were each charged with murder, attempted murder, and deadly conduct resulting from a shooting which took place on June 11, 2003.
