OPINION
RODNEY BERNARD, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Hearing was held on the confirmation of the debtors’ Chapter 13 plan on November 23, 1981. The confirmation was opposed by ADR (A Division of National Life of Florida Corporation).
Statement of the Facts
On August 7, 1981, the debtors herein, Bartlett Edward Graves and Anita Gay Lancaster Graves, filed for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
