In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Rosemary E. Davis and Corey Davis appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Santorelli, J.), dated September 25, 2014, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint insofar as asserted against" them and to strike their answer, and denied their cross motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
