Armond Devega ("Defendant") appeals following jury verdicts convicting him of first-degree murder, attempted murder, and six counts of armed robbery. Following the verdicts, the trial court sentenced Defendant to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the first-degree murder conviction and 220 to 273 months imprisonment for the attempted murder conviction. The court arrested judgment on two of the armed robbery convictions and sentenced Defendant to consecutive terms of 117 to 150 months imprisonment for each of the four remaining armed robbery…
