COVINGTON, Judge.

Johnny Edward Branham challenges the summary denial of his motion for postcon-viction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Because the motion is not conclusively refuted by the record attachments, we reverse.

Branham pleaded guilty to four counts of armed robbery. Branham confessed to the crimes after a poiice interrogation. Branham claims that counsel was ineffective for failing to move to suppress this confession when counsel knew that it was obtained through threats and coercion.
