Berard v. Zoning Board of Review

This is a petition for certiorari to review a decision of the zoning board of review of the town of Barrington denying the petitioners’ application for a variance under the zoning ordinance of that town. Pursuant to the writ the board has returned to this court a certified copy of the records of the proceedings before it.
