FORD ELLIOTT, J.:

¶ 1 This is a timely appeal from an order denying the Commonwealth’s application for a search warrant. We vacate and remand for further proceedings.1

¶ 2 The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Attorney General’s Office (“OAG”) began an investigation into the billing practices of Valley Counseling Services (“VCS”), an outpatient drug and .alcohol clinic.
