ORDER GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO AVOID LIEN
MARILYN SHEA-STONUM, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on debtor’s Motion to Avoid Lien of creditor, Aveo Financial Services (AVCO). AVCO filed an objection to debtor’s motion and the matter came on for hearing on January 31, 1995. Appearing at said hearing were Marc Gertz, counsel for debtor; and Stephen Hobt, counsel for AVCO.
