This is an appeal from a decree of the chancery court of Bolivar county, approving the first annual account of Frank Jones, executor of the last will and testament of Samuel Jones, deceased. It appears that Samuel Jones died testate, leaving as his heirs four children, among whom was the complainant, Mollie Roach Ridgeway, and that under the terms of the will all the property, real and personal, of decedent was devised to these four children in equal shares, and appellee, a son of decedent, was named executor of the will without bond.
